Hi, I’m Michael Davila — a Registered Nurse and Paramedic with a lifelong passion for helping others, built on more than a decade of hands-on experience in emergency medicine.
I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, where my journey in healthcare began. I started working in hospitals as a paramedic and quickly found purpose in being there for people when they need it most. In 2017, my family and I moved to the beautiful Greater Tampa Bay area to be closer to the water and enjoy a more balanced lifestyle.
Before becoming a Registered Nurse, I spent six years on the ambulance with Sunstar Paramedics, serving the Pinellas County community. Those years were incredibly meaningful to me — not only did I gain extensive experience in emergency medical care, but I also had the privilege of giving back to the very community I now call home. I was especially passionate about teaching and mentoring EMT and Paramedic students during their clinical ride-alongs. Watching them grow in skill and confidence reminded me of why I fell in love with this field in the first place.
I’m also a proud husband and father. I’ve been married for over a decade to my amazing wife — who shares my same dedication to helping others as a fellow ER nurse. Together, we’re raising two incredible kids who keep life fun and busy. They’re passionate about sports like baseball, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu, and we love spending our free time together at the beach or out enjoying the Florida sunshine.
After years in the ER and on the front lines, I launched Coastal Nurse IV Therapy to expand access to care in a way that’s convenient, safe, and personal. I’ve seen how many people come to the hospital for things that could’ve been treated earlier — and better — if they had access to the right support at the right time.
My vision is to deliver hospital-quality hydration, recovery, and wellness care right to your doorstep. Whether you’re battling fatigue, recovering from illness, or simply looking to feel your best, I’m here to help — with the same level of clinical expertise, compassion, and professionalism that I’ve brought to every patient for over a decade.
